GROUP ZUMBA

A 45 minute class of dancing out to some great tunes while getting your sweat on!

STRETCH & STRENGTH

A full-body workout that incorporates flexibility, mobility, range of motion, and balance exercises, all while incorporating various body weight exercises to increase overall strength. Perfect for those who are looking to increase their strength all while working on balance and flexibility.

DUMBBELLS

A 30 minute full-body workout with a set of dumbbells (or any weights)! This class is suitable for ALL fitness levels as modifications and progressions are provided. You do not need weights to participate and can choose to do the class with bodyweight only. This class is designed to increase overall strength and leave you feeling sweaty and toned

Welcome!

As a former competitive soccer player and a lover of all sports, I have first-hand experience with how great moving your body makes you feel. I understand the importance of moving your body for both physical and mental health, and I strive to help others reap these benefits.

I aspire to challenge and motivate my clients while creating effective workouts that they will love. I firmly believe that fitness can be fun for everyone and I am here to prove it!

I loved Lauryn’s Zumba group class, it was a fun, different type of workout that I have never done before, and it truly made me forget that I was working out because I was having so much fun.
